Getting to Stavanger City Center from Stavanger Airport (SVG)

Taxis are available just outside the terminal. The ride to the city center takes approximately 20–30 minutes and typically costs 500–600 NOK.

By Bus – Flybussen Airport Shuttle
Frequent departures to Stavanger city center. Tickets can be purchased online at flybussen.no or directly on board.

Car Rental
Several car rental companies are located at the airport if you prefer to drive.

Race Day Logistics - 40K Course

Ferry Departure: 04:55 sharp (ferry opens 04:45).

  • Drop Bag: One small bag per team, handed during ferry departure and will be transported to the finshline. This should include only post-race essentials (e.g., dry clothes) and must be compact (airplane carry-on size).

⚠️ No other bags or large luggage will be accepted at the ferry.

Race Day Logistics - 20K and 10K Course

Ferry Departure: 08:55 sharp (ferry returns approx at 08:45).

  • Drop Bag: One small bag per team, handed during ferry departure and will be transported to the finshline. This should include only post-race essentials (e.g., dry clothes) and must be compact (airplane carry-on size).
