Your adventure begins in Stavanger

Board the spectator ferry in Stavanger City and follow the athletes into the heart of Lysefjord. Witness two of ROCKMAN's most exciting moments: the Short Course ferry jump and the iconic 10K ferry jump, as athletes plunge into the cold waters of the fjord to begin their adventure.

From there, we'll continue to the legendary village of Flørli, surrounded by towering mountains and some of Norway's most spectacular scenery.

While the athletes battle their way across the mountains and through the fjord, the day is yours to explore!

Discover the beauty of Flørli, relax by the water, or challenge yourself on the famous 4,444 wooden stairs. How far will you make it?

As the day unfolds, join fellow supporters at the finish line to welcome the athletes as they complete their journey through Lysefjord. Share in the excitement, the emotions, and the incredible atmosphere that makes ROCKMAN more than just a race.

And when the racing is done, enjoy a finisher meal and celebrate alongside the athletes, friends, and the ROCKMAN community.

Please arrive early for boarding. Bring comfortable walking shoes, clothing suitable for changing Norwegian weather, and a credit card for beverages and additional purchases.
